Self Appreciation

Have you ever wonder that you have judged yourself too much?

We always want to have the best of everything, and we will always push ourselves to achieve everything.

Along the process, we tend to judge ourselves.

We failed to see the values we have added, what we have contributed, and how our contributions have greatly impacted the lives of others.

In my case, it takes one person to tell the good thing about me during a casual conversation, and only I realize, am I really that good?

Others can easily notice your quality attributes, yet you fail to appreciate and acknowledge it. You start to wonder, did you push yourself too hard and fail to appreciate yourself?

Start to sit down and look at yourself, appreciate you for being you and be proud your yourself.

Cheers :)

The Hunger for the Knowledge of the World

We grew up, being taught history lessons, but how many of us actually took history classes seriously? How many of us actually remembers what we have learnt from historical events?

I always have many questions of what is happening or what has happened previously throughout history. Despite many question marks, I have never considered flipping through books or encyclopaedia to clarify my queries.

Today marks the day I finally decided to Google on World World I News, I read up the history of the world, I read about the iconic, not so admirable figure of World World II, Adolf Hitler, and apparently he committed suicide at the age of 56, such interesting facts that boost the start of my day.

The world is a very mysterious and beautiful creature. As I grow older, I feel like getting to know the world more. The hunger to travel suddenly hits me. I finally realize that travelling is part of me and I want to see the world, and experience life limitless possibilities.

And today, I have finally completed something that I have been telling myself to do but did not do. I have looked into the worldmap. In fact, I have downloaded several world maps. I used one of the world maps as my working laptop wallpaper. A simple world map has provided me such amazement and sense of wonders. I felt so small when I see the map clearly for the first time in my life. From Alaska to New Zealand, and here I am in Malaysia. I need to start initiating my travelling plans and fulfil them.

Carpe Diem. Love Life :)
